Note that the VTC Conference ID is specifically for video devices and is different from the audio conference ID, if one is included for the meeting. The device calls the Webex interactive voice response (IVR) system, which asks the caller to provide the VTC conference ID (Video Teleconference ID). When it is time to join the meeting, video device users can call the SIP video address listed under the Join with a video conferencing device heading.
